During the past 20 years working in the Kalamazoo area, we've realized one main hardship for management companies of any size. The main struggle for companies is finding and keeping good Maintenace staff. So, over the last couple years we've focused more on working with apartment complexes and management companies by taking over their turns or flips of units. This has allowed their maintenance staff to focus more on resident service orders. This service also gives the office a backup plan in case of low staff. From the initial trash out of the unit, fixing any plumbing, electrical, flooring, lighting, drywall, painting, everything in between. The last thing we do is make sure the place is 100% clean before the new resident moves in.
