--This customer had an issue with water in the basement. We corrected the slope of the gutters and ran the downspout to a drain and away from the home.
--There was a water leak coming from the ceiling in the hallway. We found that the air conditioning vent was creating a large amount of condensation. We insulated the vent and hung a new light and drywall
